Kennebunk Maine based marketing and public relations firm, IMS-21, recently received national recognition from the National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds (ARVC).

# 1 Brochure in the Country
Point Sebago Resort’s 16-page brochure developed by IMS-21 was selected as the “Best Brochure” among 3,500 Campgrounds and R.V. Resorts in the country.

“We are very pleased and proud to have Point Sebago’s brochure recognized as #1 in the industry, and we credit Greg Burke of IMS-21 for the excellent design of this 4 color brochure”, said Don Toms, General Manager of Point Sebago Resort. “We’ve been forwarding our brochure for consideration for years now but this is the first recognition we have ever received.”

Greg Burke, President of IMS-21, Integrated Marketing and Sales for the 21st Century, headed the design team for Point Sebago’s award winning literature by creating brochure copy, developing lay out and overseeing all design work.

Burke along with the resort management team worked together to consolidate 4 brochures into the one 16-page guide, which was recognized with top honors.

"We had a great property to work with.” commented Burke. “Point Sebago Resort is a magnificent resort complete with a marina, restaurants, championship golf course, children’s programs and much more. We felt they had a story to tell and this new layout would do the job for them. I guess the people at ARVC agreed.” continued Burke.

Don Toms was presented with the award in front of over 1,000 peers at ARVC’s 33rd annual convention in San Antonio, Texas.

Point Sebago Resort located on the shores of Sebago Lake is a self-contained 775-acre resort with a signature 18-hole golf course.
