Shawmut Inn Inc., 22 acre oceanfront resort property
located one mile north of George Bush's summer home.
Considered to be one of the "Big 3" hotel properties
in Kennebunkport. 90 rooms, 6 conference rooms, fine
dining restaurant. Mission: to increase revenues and
bottom line of resort and lead the conversion of the
property to 5 star status as a Vacation Ownership
resort.

Lowered cost of sales from 88 to 83%.

Instituted entirely new systems, pricing schemes,

Waterville Company Inc. is a year round resort
village (including 7 lodging properties), conference
center and recreation company located in the White
Mountain Region of New Hampshire. Company sales
exceeded 19 million annually.
Areas of responsibility:
All group and conference marketing and sales with
sales staff of up to 7.
Central reservations and staff of 5 to 14.
Responsible for 26,000 vacation room nights and
21,000 group room nights in 93/94.
Resort pricing and packaging on a year round basis
for lodging, both vacation and group, lifts,
recreation, summer programs, etc.
All corporate, lodging, ski shop and off-site ticket
sales.
In-house television station and video department.
In July ‘94 assumed all Director of Hospitality
functions including Conference Center and Town
Square Condominiums lodging and operational
responsibilities.

sales (lodging bureau).
